Despite booking in for 08:30, by car didn't start the MOT until 09:15 which led to my overall stay being 3 hours, longer than expected for an MOT. Also, the representative went to charge me for the MOT before realizing it was part of my eMac plan

Check in machine didn't work had to wait 3 days to get car back waiting parts! when turned up to collect car receptionist finally came over from sorting coffee machine and then had to wait a further ten minutes to collect car. Tbh very poor service

For the 2nd time the same coolant pipe broke in my 520D saloon. I rang Stratstone from the motorway as the temperatures rose. When I arrived the garage was expecting me and fitted me in on a busy day. From there they took ownership to repair my car!

The service and staff we fantastic, especially Georgina and her team when we had Wi-Fi issues. As a quality brand it is a disgrace that you can not offer business customers quality Wi-Fi to be able to work whilst waiting for your car.

I ordered a new key, as mine was stolen. Over 3 years the price has doubled, £452 for a key. When I asked why I was told labour costs have risen. Very excessive cost.

I felt mistreated as I went with my car for some repairs and when I got it back the problem was persisting. When we brought it back with the need to settle the issue together with them, they did not seem to want to address our issue in a fair manner

staff very good, disappointed with the courtesy car i paid £30 for, nice car but absolutely filthy ,this i would not expect from a BMW dealership, i got asked if i wanted the complementary valet and the car came back with chocolate on the rear seat.
