No major issues with anything just a couple of minor ones. There was a delay in picking up my vehicle by a couple of days and in the past there has been a couple of gifts for purchasing whereas this time I didn`t even get a key-ring.

Very satisfied. It was a very hot day and, due to lack of public transport, had to walk 45 minutes to get to the garage. I was very tired and the first thing that Stacey did was to get me a cold drink. She showed a very caring attitude.

Because BMW diagnosed my issues and fixed my car within two days. I was told by other garages it'd be 4 weeks wait and 10 day turnaround which was no good for me. Yes you do pay more .but it's better than having other garages guessing the Issues.

Despite booking in for 08:30, by car didn't start the MOT until 09:15 which led to my overall stay being 3 hours, longer than expected for an MOT. Also, the representative went to charge me for the MOT before realizing it was part of my eMac plan

Check in machine didn't work had to wait 3 days to get car back waiting parts! when turned up to collect car receptionist finally came over from sorting coffee machine and then had to wait a further ten minutes to collect car. Tbh very poor service
