Ironically the free "car clean and valet" was very poor with my seats clearly marked with dirt etc after. I did take photos if needed, as I did intend to share these with the dealership but haven't had time to.

Works carried out quickly and a full 3 hrs before I was due to pick it up. It turned out the indicator was simply for rear brakes, and not a full service as it first indicated. Instead of servicing anyway I was informed and the brakes changed.

A vehicle check was done and report said brake fluid red & required checking. The car computer says amber needs check in August. I'm on a service plan so why was it not checked if they completed a vehicle check? I now need to arrange another visit

Always find there is a lack of product knowledge on the part of the staff. This applies in particular to the sophisticated technology on your cars. I generally find I have to enquire on the internet if I have a problem or complicated enquiry.
